About this site

An independent information resource about Spravato. Not a clinic, not the manufacturer, no paid placements. Here is who runs it, how it is funded, and how to tell us when we get something wrong.

Last reviewed against the FDA label and SPRAVATO REMS programme materials on .

Who operates this site

spravato.clinic is operated by AdvancedCare USA Inc.

We are an information publisher. We are not a healthcare provider, we are not a REMS-certified treatment centre, we do not employ clinicians in connection with this site, and we are not affiliated with Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, or any treatment provider.

Concretely, that means there are things we cannot do for you, and we would rather be direct about them than let a contact form imply otherwise. We cannot book appointments, verify your insurance, prescribe anything, refer you to a clinic, or answer questions about your own diagnosis or treatment. Those all belong to a prescriber who knows your history.

What we can do is explain what the FDA label says, what the REMS programme requires, how payers generally behave, and what a treatment session actually involves — clearly enough to be useful when you have that conversation with someone who can treat you.

How this site is funded

There is currently no revenue model on this site.

No advertising. No sponsored content. No affiliate links. No referral fees from clinics. No paid placements, and no way to buy one. Nobody has paid to be mentioned here, and no clinic is mentioned by name anywhere on the site.

We are stating this plainly because it is the question a reader should ask of any site telling them what a treatment costs, and because the answer changes what our incentives are. A site that earns a referral fee has a reason to send you somewhere. We do not have one, which is part of why we are comfortable telling you that the honest answer to "where can I get this" is the manufacturer's own locator rather than a list of our own.

If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live — not after, and not quietly. Any advertising, sponsorship, or referral arrangement will be disclosed here and on the pages it affects.

How we source and review this

What we will cite

In order of preference: the FDA prescribing information for Spravato, the SPRAVATO REMS programme materials, CMS and Medicare coverage documents, peer-reviewed publications of the pivotal trials, the manufacturer's own materials clearly labelled as such, and 988lifeline.org.

What we will not cite

Clinic marketing pages, ketamine-therapy blogs, content farms, and anything we cannot trace to a primary source. If a claim cannot be supported from the list above, we remove the claim rather than reaching for a weaker citation.

What we will not do

We do not publish a medical reviewer byline. No clinician has reviewed this content, and inventing one — or borrowing a name to add authority — would be both a fabrication and a regulatory exposure. Instead, each page carries the date it was last reviewed against the FDA label and the REMS programme materials, which is a claim we can actually stand behind.

We do not give figures we cannot source. There are several places on this site where we say plainly that we do not know something: the specifics of state Medicaid coverage, typical clinic self-pay rates, the savings programme's annual cap, and the response rates from the monotherapy trial. In each case a plausible number was available to copy from somewhere. We would rather have gaps that are honest than a page with no gaps and no integrity.

We do not publish a provider directory. There is no public dataset recording which sites are REMS-certified. A directory built from clinician registries would look authoritative and would send people to clinics that cannot administer this drug. We explain the reasoning in full on the provider page.

Review cadence

Content is reviewed against the current FDA label and REMS materials, and each page shows its own review date. The cost estimator's constants are held to a stricter rule: every constant carries the date it was last verified against its source, and the site build fails outright if any of them passes 180 days without re-verification. That is a mechanism rather than an intention — it is not possible to quietly let those figures go stale.

Reporting an error

This site's only real claim is that it is accurate and current. That claim is worth nothing unless errors get corrected, so we would genuinely rather hear about a mistake than not.

Particularly useful: anything contradicted by the current FDA label, a broken or redirected source link, a cost figure that no longer matches its source, or a statement that has quietly gone out of date. If you can point at the primary source, that makes it much faster to act on.

Clinics and billing offices: if the estimator's figures do not match what you actually charge or collect, we want to know. The model and its constants are published on the cost page specifically so they can be checked.

What we cannot respond to are questions about your own care. Please ask your prescriber.

Common questions

Are you affiliated with Johnson & Johnson or Janssen?
No. We are an independent publisher with no affiliation to the manufacturer, no sponsorship, and no commercial relationship of any kind. Where we link to manufacturer material — the REMS programme, the treatment centre locator, the savings programme terms — we label it as manufacturer material so you can weigh it accordingly.
Do you make money if I click through to a clinic?
No. There are no affiliate links, no referral fees, and no paid placements on this site, and no clinic is named anywhere on it. If that ever changes, this page will say so before the change goes live.
Can you help me find a provider or book an appointment?
No. We are not a provider and cannot arrange, book, expedite, or refer for treatment. The provider page explains how to use the official REMS treatment centre locator and how to verify that a specific site is certified, which is the most useful thing we can honestly do.
Who wrote this content?
It is written and maintained by AdvancedCare USA Inc. as an editorial publication, sourced to the FDA label, the REMS programme materials, CMS documents, and the published trials. We deliberately do not attach a clinician reviewer byline, because no clinician has reviewed it and claiming otherwise would be a fabrication.
